SLY water-injection type loading and unloading wagon mainly consists of two parts: the hopper part and the injector part. The wagon is used to load and add grain material, resin for ion exchange and other solid material.
SLY water-injection type loading and unloading wagon makes the material enter into the injector through the hopper with the help of high pressure water to transfer floating grain material.
Water is spread out in very high speed from a dynamic nozzle and flew into the mixing zone of the injector, which brings the material into the operating site through a pipe or a hose. See the right picture.
